MANGO SPLASH RUM

(Makes a pitcher)
Ingredients:
1 Cup Ripe Mango, peeled and cubed
1/4 Cup Basil Leaves
1/2 Cup Cockspur Citrus
Mango Splash Rum
1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
4 Tbsp Simple Syrup
Soda Water
Ice Cubes
Method:
1. Add mango, basil and simple syrup in a blender and blend to make a smooth puree.
2. Add puree to a pitcher.
3. Top with Cockspur Citrus Mango Splash Rum, soda water and ice.
4. Garnish with basil leaves.
Serve immediately
BAJAN RUM SOUR

50 ml Cockspur Old Gold
25 ml Freshly Pressed Lime Juice
15 ml Vanilla Syrup
Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker, then fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Can be served over ice.

50 ml Balla Black
25 ml Grenadine, Orange & Pineapple
12.5 ml Lime Juice
1 tbl spoon Sugar
TWISTED MAI-TAI

60 ml Cockspur
12 ml Curacao
25 ml lime juice
20 ml Finest Call orgeat
Cherry and mint garnishes
PINA COLADA

50 ml Cockspur Fine Rum
20 ml Cockspur Splash Coconut & Pineapple
25 ml Pineapple Juice
15 ml Coco Lopez
3 Dashes Angostrua Bitters Sprinkle of Desicated Coconut
2 Chunks of Fresh Pineapple
Pinch of Salt
Blended with crushed
Pineapple & cherry to garnish
