a tropical cocktail for some rum fun?

MANGO SPLASH RUM

(Makes a pitcher)⁠

Ingredients:⁠

1 Cup Ripe Mango, peeled and cubed⁠

1/4 Cup Basil Leaves⁠

1/2 Cup Cockspur Citrus

      Mango Splash Rum⁠

1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice⁠

4 Tbsp Simple Syrup⁠

Soda Water⁠

Ice Cubes⁠

Method:⁠

1. Add mango, basil and simple syrup in a blender and blend to make a smooth puree.⁠

2. Add puree to a pitcher.⁠

3. Top with Cockspur Citrus Mango Splash Rum, soda water and ice.⁠

4. Garnish with basil leaves.⁠

Serve immediately⁠

BAJAN RUM SOUR

50 ml Cockspur Old Gold

25 ml Freshly Pressed Lime Juice

15 ml Vanilla Syrup

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker, then fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Can be served over ice.

Wheel of lime garnish

50 ml Balla Black

25 ml Grenadine, Orange & Pineapple

12.5 ml Lime Juice

1 tbl spoon Sugar

TWISTED MAI-TAI

12 ml Curacao

25 ml lime juice

20 ml Finest Call orgeat

Cherry and mint garnishes

PINA COLADA

50 ml Cockspur Fine Rum

20 ml Cockspur Splash Coconut & Pineapple

25 ml Pineapple Juice

15 ml Coco Lopez

3 Dashes Angostrua Bitters Sprinkle of                Desicated Coconut

2 Chunks of Fresh Pineapple

Pinch of Salt

Blended with crushed 

Pineapple & cherry to garnish
