Frozen Daiquiri
In a blender place
6oz Cockspur Five Star coloured rum
1tbsp fresh lime juice
2tbsp sugar
Either a ripe banana or 1/3 tinned mango or pineapple.
2 cups ice
blend until the final product consistency is like snow.

Rum Punch 1oz sour( Lime Juice)
2oz Sweet( sugar syrup)
3 oz Strong(Cockspur Five Star coloured rum)
4 oz Weak (water, ice)
Garnish with Angostura bitters and grated nutmeg to taste. For added attraction include a few pieces of fruit.

Island Sunset
1 oz. Cockspur Five Star coloured rum
1 oz. Cockspur White rum
1 tbsp. Passion fruit syrup
2 tsp. lime juice
Dash grenadine
Shake and pour over ice in a chilled large glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Sandy Beach
1 oz. Cockspur Five Star coloured rum
5 oz. Cola
Fill cocktail glass with ice. Add ingredients into cocktail shaker and mix. Pour over ice, add a squeeze of lime, and garnish with a cherry.

Love stick
2 oz. Cockspur Five Star coloured rum
1 oz. Cockspur White Rum
1/2 oz. triple sec
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. fruit syrup
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add ingredients and shake well. Pour into a Tall glass.

Hurricane Andrew
1 oz. Cockspur Five Star coloured rum
1 oz. Cockspur White Rum
1 oz. Orgeat
1 oz. Passion fruit Juice
3 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add ingredients and shake well. Pour into chilled hurricane glass and garnish with maraschino cherries, an orange slice and an umbrella

Pina Colada
3 oz. Cockspur Five Star coloured rum
3 tbs. Coconut Milk
3 tbs. Crushed Pineapples
2 cups Crushed Ice
Blend at high speed. Pour into chilled hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and 2 cherries.

Jam "Rita" Café
2 oz. Cockspur Five Star coloured rum
1 oz Coconut Rum
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Coconut Milk
Rim margarita glass with salt(optional). Fill with ice. Add ingredients into cocktail shaker and mix. Pour over ice and garnish with maraschino cherries.

Laughter
1 1/2oz. Cockspur Old Gold Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
3-4 Mint Leaves
Club Soda
Combine lime juice, mint and sugar in a Collins or highball glass.
Stir gently to bruise the mint.
Fill glass 3/4 with ice.
Add the rum.
Top with soda. Stir well.

Cockspur Corn and Oil
1oz Cockspur Five Star Rum
1oz Hanshell Old Time Falernum
Serve on rocks with a wedge of lime.
